The day was quiet
Winters grip still holding on
A feeling of peace
I greatly enjoy my little walks in these quiet streets and so I share this one with you today, no-one is around, still too cold for people to sit outside, but in a few months all the little restaurants will be buzzing with summer life!

What a lovely peaceful atmosphere you have captured, it's a great photograph.
we like your photo and it creates a lonely feeling.
lovely peaceful piece, I could imagine myself there!
Beautiful image. The tones and textures remind me of a lithograph or even an etching. Thank you for sharing on Mandarin Orange Monday:)
I love living in the woods but sometimes I very much wish we lived in a town where I could walk the streets and feel a part of all the activity. Solitude and quiet are an everyday thing for me and sometimes I admit I take it for granted.
I appreciate your gentle reminder of treasures found in quiet spaces. (Of course I also appreciate my car which transports me to the hustle and bustle when I feel a bit lonely!) Have a great week, my friend. xo - janice
Peace and quiet for reflection, and outdoor plazas and restaurants for the buzz.....
oh Kat, i can understand why you'd love your quiet walks in those streets! What a wonderful place to sit and write - with a BIG THICK coat on, of course. xox
What a beautiful place.
My MoM entry.
